Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that all clients cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment. You will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment starts. If you cancel your appointment on the same day, you will be charged 50% of the service price. All no call/no shows will be charged the full-service price.

LATE FEE
To be respectful of our stylist time, we ask that all clients who will be later than 30 minutes reschedule their appointment unless the stylist advises otherwise. A no call/no show will result in a $25 no show fee and/or possible suspension of future scheduling.

Emergency Bookings (Bookings outside of normal hours)
If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of normal hours, you will be charged the regular service cost and an additional $50 to your bill. Prior to booking, please text or call your stylist to see if they’re available.

STYLING SERVICES
All styling services include an Organic Shampoo & Conditioning EXCEPT for Braid Styles. If you need a shampoo with your service, please select the add-on Shampoo Service option. We provide hair for MOST braiding styles at no additional cost. If there is a specific color you are requesting outside of the normal colors, please notify us prior to service.

REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. If a client is not satisfied with their service, we can offer to correct your hairstyle within two days after your service at no additional cost. If a corrective style isn’t sufficient, we will offer a gift card on future services that can be used towards services, treatments, and products, or any other services associated with our salon.
